How soon will I receive my order?
We ship most orders using FedEx Ground and you can expect your order to ship the following business day and to arrive within 5 business days.
With some very heavy batteries, or for large quantity orders, we will palletize your order and send via LTL Freight. The shipping price during checkout reflects this, and you won’t pay anything additional if we utilize LTL Freight.

Did you know that we don’t have a retail store? We only sell online and ship batteries across the United States. That means we’re experts in shipping — and dealing with shipping companies, so that you don’t have to.
When you buy from Battery Wholesale, you’ll automatically get our Great Shipping Promise for free.
The Great Shipping Promise means that your order will arrive undamaged and ready to use. What happens if something goes wrong? We’ll make it right.
Here’s how: If an item is damaged or mishandled, you're automatically insured with our Great Shipping Promise. We’ll replace any damaged items right away at no cost to you. (Please note that we do not cover theft or stolen items. Read our Great Shipping Promise terms and conditions.)
Why isn’t shipping free?
There is no such thing as a free lunch, as they say. Shipping heavy batteries costs, well, actual money. You’ll often find “free shipping” items on other retailers having a higher list price, because they are increasing their prices to include the cost of shipping. There’s nothing wrong with that, but we prefer to be transparent.

When you order from Battery Wholesale, you'll pay a standard cost for shipping that reflects the actual cost of getting the item to your door. We don’t add “handling fees” or “surcharges” to the shipping price.
